  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Treasury, Operations, and global teams to influence platform decisions and improve fraud detection capabilities.
  • Oversee critical initiatives tied to the migration of Sam's Club eCommerce capabilities onto Walmart's platform ecosystem, ensuring fraud controls and payment processes scale effectively.
  • Use data, analytics, and business insights to identify vulnerabilities, optimize processes, and recommend strategies that reduce financial exposure and operational friction.
  • Build executive-level presentations and influence senior leadership decisions through compelling data storytelling and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage complex external vendor relationships across payment providers, banking partners, and financial institutions related to disputes, chargebacks, and payment operations.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across fraud operations and strategy, creating alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with international and offshore teams, including key operational partnerships in India, to drive scalable execution and operational consistency.
  • Identify broken or inefficient processes across digital payment channels and lead transformational improvements that strengthen performance and member trust.
  • Create a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning while championing integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.

What you'll bring...
  • Deep knowledge of the U.S. payments ecosystem, including bank card chargebacks, disputes, payment operations, fraud strategy, or financial risk management.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in eCommerce, payments, financial services, retail, fintech, treasury, fraud, or related environments.
