  • Drive day-to-day product decisions across the TPRM module and its integrations with other enterprise systems
  • Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Technology, Procurement, Legal, and others to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of user pain points and use data, feedback, and operational metrics to improve product experience
  • Define and monitor success metrics, adoption, and outcomes to ensure delivered capabilities achieve intended value
  • Identify opportunities to leverage workflow automation, AI‑enabled capabilities, and modern ServiceNow features to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Support change management efforts to drive adoption of new capabilities
  • Champion Agile product management practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑first mindset
  • Excellent relationship management skills with ability to influence across a complex enterprise
  • Outstanding communication skills with experience engaging both technical teams and senior stakeholders
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management or related domains is a plus
What Success Looks Like
  • Build trusted partnerships across business and technology organizations
  • Deliver high‑impact enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency
  • Establish and execute a clear product roadmap aligned with TPRM priorities
