Job description

Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay: $32.50/hour

Type: 4-Month Contract-to-Hire

Shifts: Days or Nights Available

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts plus one 6-hour shift weekly

Must be available for weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair automated equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role supports conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, and packaging equipment to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, robotics, sorters, and material handling equipment
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
  • Document maintenance activities using CMMS
  • Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • 2+ years working with conveyors, automation, or material handling equipment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience using CMMS software

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
