Welcome to Love's! Our Wholesale Fuel Payables department is currently seeking a Fuel Payables Clerk to accurately reconcile fuel supplier invoices, ensuring timely and precise payment processing.

Job Functions:

  • Payable match gas, diesel, and bio-fuel supplier invoices in RightAngle - verifying that the supplier billed Musket correctly by reviewing pricing, product, and taxes. Making necessary corrections to the movement document when needed.
  • Ensure accuracy of supplier invoices and internal data before processing invoices.
  • Calculate adjustments in system as needed.
  • Proactively contact suppliers to request credits for incorrect billing, missing invoices, etc.
  • Work frequently with other departments and outside companies to obtain necessary information to payable match fuel invoices accurately.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
  • Requires direct supervision on all range of duties and assignments.
  • Other duties assigned as needed

Experience and Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college a plus
  • Experience in analyzing and/or auditing large amounts of data and data entry. Fuel experience a plus.
  • 0-1 years of related experience

Skills:

  • Hard Skills: 
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer programs
    • Knowledge of Accounting
    • Knowledge of SolArc RightAngle is a plus

Typical Physical Demands:
