Job description

Reset your expectations of a health and wellness agency. From our inception, Fingerpaint has been driven by an unstoppable collective spirit of possibility. It’s that curiosity that’s at the heart of everything we do. From our legendary people-first culture to the hundreds of Fingerpainters who define us, we’ve reimagined what it means to be a healthcare and wellness advertising agency. Here, creativity happens naturally—we attract top talent and give them a space to grow and collaborate.

Objectives of This Role:

We’re looking for a senior engagement / digital strategist who blends left- and right-brain thinking—comfortable mapping out customer journeys, diving into IQVIA data, and connecting digital dots across platforms. You’ll help shape and optimize omnichannel strategies, ensuring a brand’s engagement vision is not only realized, but elevated. You should bring a keen understanding of digital ecosystems, a passion for data-driven insights, and experience with both CRM platforms and SEO tools.

This role is ideal for someone who can move seamlessly between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution—particularly within HCP marketing but will touch both HCP and DTC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with account, brand and scientific strategy, media, and creative teams to ensure digital, omnichannel and CRM strategies are seamlessly integrated into broader marketing plans
  • Leverage tools and data (IQVIA, Google Analytics, CRM systems) to understand audience behavior and inform channel strategy
  • Manage and segment HCP lists to fuel targeted, personalized campaigns
  • Map customer journeys across channels to identify content needs, optimization points, and experience gaps
  • Support omnichannel planning through audience personas, micro-journeys, and engagement pillars
  • Track digital trends, emerging technologies, and performance data to inform innovation and recommendations
  • Experience with conducting competitive website audits
  • Apply research and best practices in SEO/SEM using platforms such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms
  • Experience developing website SEO markup, including structured data (schema)
  • Collaborate with media, content, and development partners to ensure consistent, high-impact execution
  • Facilitate client-facing engagements, including workshops, planning sessions, and strategic presentations

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of digital marketing or CRM experience (pharmaceutical agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Marketo
  • Ability to manage and activate HCP lists and integrate IQVIA data into targeting and measurement
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO platforms including GSC, SEMrush, etc. (AI SEO tools experience preferred)
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics to derive actionable insights
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping tools or frameworks
  • Understanding of core UX and UI principles
  • Practical experience across integrated marketing disciplines: CRM, content strategy, SEO/SEM, and direct marketing
  • Strong presentation and collaboration skills; comfort leading client conversations
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Miro & Ziflow
  • Global pharmaceutical clients digital experience a plus
