Job Summary:

The Logistics Supervisor leads all inbound and outbound shipping operations, ensuring customer orders are processed on time and in full. This role is responsible for driving accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across warehouse and transportation activities while maintaining strong service levels and cost control. The Logistics Supervisor partners closely with operations, customer service, and planning teams to keep product moving smoothly from receipt through delivery.

Location:

300 Park Avenue. Warminster, PA 18974. 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday. 100% Onsite.

Essential Duties:

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and other service providers.
  • Manage the flow of goods through the entire supply chain process for a multi-channel operation.
  • Ensure on-time and in-full shipments for the organization’s various shipping methods.
  • Oversee the scheduling and routing of external vendor shipments while coordinating with internal resources to ensure on time delivery.
  • Manage logistical plans with external partners, including forecasting trailer needs and delivery routes.
  • Partner with Warehouse and Operations team members for efficient trailer and space utilization.
  • Partner with the Warehouse and Operations team members on daily execution of processing orders for shipments.
  • Manage the process of compliance chargebacks and appeals with customers and logistics partners.
  • Manage and maintain logistics policies, procedures and plans.
  • Manage and monitor the supply chain metrics while identifying cost savings opportunities.
  • Work with loading and warehouse personnel to ensure shipments and cost targets are met.
  • Other job related duties as assigned by manager.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Five years of management experience in logistics coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in business discipline or logistics strongly preferred
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven proficiency in a warehouse environment
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel (advanced), etc.
  • Ability to prioritize, solve complex problems and plan short and long term
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
