Job description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Logistics, you will lead the team responsible for end-to-end order execution for key retail customers. You will oversee daily operations and team performance to ensure orders move efficiently and service levels remain high. You will partner with cross-functional teams across supply chain, sales, and customers to resolve issues, improve execution, and support consistent product flow to customers. You will use data, analytics, and process expertise to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and drive operational excellence across the customer logistics function.

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for order execution and customer logistics activities

  • Study, interpret, and develop understanding of problems and opportunities and communicate insights to leadership

  • Monitor reporting and metrics and build recommendations that drive action and resolution

  • Present findings that create understanding, alignment, and informed decision-making

  • Define business processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service performance

  • Develop tactical and strategic solutions that adapt to business variability

  • Lead projects to completion on time, within budget, and with high quality outcomes while holding team members accountable

  • Summarize and communicate recommendations clearly to leadership stakeholders

  • Manage direct reports including hiring, training, performance management, and development

  • Lead cross-functional efforts across teams, geographies, and cultures to achieve shared goals

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development support to build team capability and engagement

  • Resolve conflict and serve as an escalation point for internal and external partners

  • Model company values and foster a positive, high-performing team culture

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field

  • 4 or more years of relevant business experience

  • Experience leading teams directly or indirectly

  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
