Our agency has proudly served the community since 1996 and is led by an experienced agent who previously worked as a Territory Manager with State Farm. With a small, close-knit team of two plus the agent, we offer a welcoming, family-oriented environment where relationships, communication, and teamwork truly matter. Outside of work, family is a central priority - Rich is married with three kids and is a graduate of New York University.

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rich Yacyshyn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
