Job description

About Rhino USA

At Rhino USA, we build products that help people Adventure More and Worry Less. We're a fast-growing omnichannel consumer products company serving millions of customers across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, retail, and other marketplaces.

Rhino World is more than a warehouse. It's the future home of our brand—a working ranch that will include a piece of our fulfillment operation, retail experience, innovation lab, event space, trail system, and headquarters for showcasing who we are. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build something special rather than simply manage four walls.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the Rhino World warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and an exceptional experience for every visitor who walks through our doors.

This role is a blend of warehouse leadership, operational ownership, and brand ambassadorship. You'll oversee inventory, shipping, receiving, returns, warranty fulfillment, and warehouse organization while helping create a world-class operation worthy of customer tours, executive meetings, influencer visits, and board presentations.

Because Rhino World is located on a multi-use ranch campus, this position also requires an entrepreneurial mindset. No two days will look the same. Beyond warehouse operations, you'll occasionally support events, campus projects, product demonstrations, and other initiatives that help bring the Rhino brand to life.

This is a role for someone who naturally leans in, solves problems before they're asked, and thrives without constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the Rhino World warehouse.
  • Execute receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
  • Maintain exceptional warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Ensure inventory locations remain accurate and organized.
  • Drive continuous improvement across warehouse workflows.
  • Monitor warehouse safety and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined inventory control practices.
  • Execute cycle counts and support physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately completed within the WMS and ERP.
  • Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain teams to maintain inventory integrity.

Returns & Warranty Operations

  • Manage customer returns processing.
  • Evaluate returned merchandise for disposition.
  • Coordinate warranty replacement shipments.
  • Maintain warranty inventory and disposition records.
  • Ensure returned inventory is properly categorized for resale, refurbishment, recycling, or disposal.

Systems & Process Ownership

  • Become the local expert on Rhino's Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Ensure accurate receiving and shipping transactions.
  • Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain warehouse SOPs and help improve operational documentation.

Rhino World Campus Support

Rhino World is much more than a warehouse.

This role is expected to support the broader campus as needed, including:

  • Assisting with company events
  • Supporting product launches
  • Preparing spaces for executive meetings
  • Helping maintain operational readiness across the campus
  • Pitching in wherever needed to keep Rhino World operating at a world-class level

We value people who ask, "How can I help?" rather than, "Is that my job?"

Brand Ambassador

The warehouse is one of the first things many visitors will experience.

You'll regularly interact with:

  • Executive Leadership
  • Board Members
  • Investors
  • Retail partners
  • Influencers
  • Vendors
  • Customers

You'll be expected to confidently walk visitors through the facility, explain our operations, discuss our fulfillment process, and represent Rhino USA professionally.

You should take pride in creating an operation that reflects the quality of our brand.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3–5+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience operating within a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices
  • Experience managing receiving, shipping, returns, and inventory accuracy
  • Comfortable using ERP systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an active warehouse environment

Preferred

  • Experience with omnichannel fulfillment (Amazon, Shopify, Retail, Wholesale)
  • Experience with Fulfil.io or similar ERP platforms
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
  • Experience supporting warehouse startups or new facilities
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

The ideal candidate:

  • Takes ownership without waiting to be asked.
  • Sees problems and solves them.
  • Is equally comfortable unloading a truck, fixing an inventory issue, or giving a warehouse tour to executives.
  • Has a "builder" mentality and enjoys creating systems that scale.
  • Thrives in an environment where every day is different.
  • Takes pride in maintaining a warehouse that is clean, organized, and always visitor-ready.
  • Is dependable, resourceful, and highly self-motivated.
  • Embodies Rhino USA's culture of accountability, winning mentality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
