Job description

Responsibilities
  • Lead and align three global functions: Software Global Planning & Marketing, Production Inkjet Hardware Global Marketing, and Global Business Development across the RGC portfolio.
  • Own end-to-end strategy for Software global planning and marketing, integrating product planning, development alignment (primarily Boulder-based), and commercialization.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with primary focus on Production Inkjet by driving structured demand-generation programs, pipeline growth, and print volume expansion, while contributing to growth opportunities across key RGC markets including cutsheet toner, industrial printing, and additive manufacturing.
  • Provide strategic, customer-driven input to hardware product planning and development as a key stakeholder, and lead global marketing and go-to-market enablement to ensure successful product launches, regional adoption, and measurable contribution to unit sales and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate across regional GTM, sales, and engineering teams to drive execution, market penetration, and achievement of unit sales, revenue, and marginal profit objectives across all RGC products.
Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 yearsโ€™ experience in the industry.
