RF scanners, or Radio Frequency scanners, are handheld or mounted electronic devices used in warehouses, retail, and logistics environments to read barcodes and transmit the scanned data wirelessly to a central database. Barcode Scanners rely on optical reading of barcodes, suitable for retail and shipping. While both are essential in supply chain operations, their technology and applications differ significantly.

What are some common challenges faced when using an RF scanner in a warehouse environment?

RF scanner operators often encounter challenges such as maintaining accuracy while scanning large volumes of inventory and ensuring that all items are correctly logged into the system.
