  • EXPERIENCED RF FIELD TECHNICIAN
    As an Apex RF Field Technician, you will provide an array of field services to our clients. These services include but are not limited to cable testing, data collection, troubleshooting, baseline data collection, benchmark data collection, commissioning, and integration. RF Field Technicians work directly with both operations and engineering personnel to ensure we deliver top-notch quality results for our clients on every assignment, every time.

    • 1 year of Direct RF Experience

    Job Responsibilities:
    Equipment Management
    • Ensuring all required equipment is accounted for per each assignment's SOW
    • Following processes for checking in & out of testing equipment.
    • Notify the Technical Service Field Manager when there is an issue with your equipment
    Test Data / COP
    • Capturing all required test data for each assignment per the SOW
    • Processing test data, formatting test results reports, and completing all COP deliverables required
    • Submitting all required COP items prior to the deadline to allow time for QC to be performed by Technical Service Field Manager
    On-site Responsibilities/Training
    • Open communication flow with the office to provide updates throughout the assignment duration
    • Executing excellent customer service while interfacing with various customers via in-person, email, phone calls
    • Diagnose and remediate all alarms to complete SOW
    • Complete JSA and adhere to all safety protocols - mobilization and on-site
    • Performing clean-up to ensure each job site is left in a better condition than it was prior to work starting
    • Communicating with the office to request approval and facilitation of additional certification training
    • Support teammates by providing training when requested
    Time Management
    • Read, retain, and gameplan per SOW for the next assignment to ensure execution of the most efficient use of time when packing up the truck and heading to site
