About Zello
Zello is a voice-first communication platform, powered by our industry-leading push-to-talk technology, to improve collaboration and productivity for desk-less workers. With over 175+ million users, we're the #1 rated push-to-talk app in the world, delivering 9 billion (yes, with a B) messages a month.
At Zello, our company values are at the heart of what we do everyday. We're proud to serve the frontline, we're privileged to connect people in times of crisis across the globe, and we're honored to support first responders.
And this is where you come in.
Zello keeps frontline and deskless teams connected through voice-first, push-to-talk communication. As we scale enterprise growth and GTM complexity, we need a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to turn messy pipeline and CRM data into clean, trusted insight that leaders act on. You will be the analytical backbone of the revenue organization: owning data quality and giving Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance a single source of truth. This role sits on the Revenue Operations team and partners across GTM leadership.
After a successful first year, you will have
  • Raised the trustworthiness of our revenue data, with measurable improvements to opportunity hygiene (stage aging, close dates, probabilities) and a documented data-quality standard.
  • Shipped the leading-indicator dashboard (coverage, stage flow, conversion cohorts, deal age) that anchors every weekly revenue review, with ad-hoc exec questions answered in under 48 hours.
  • Strengthened forecast accuracy through disciplined pipeline inspection and a reproducible, documented methodology.
  • Given GTM leaders clear attribution across outbound, ABM, partner, and marketing motions, tied to specific budget or targeting decisions.
  • Become the first call for Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance when a revenue question needs a fast, credible answer.
  • Transitioned the Revenue Ops organization from reactionary to proactive.
What you'll do
  • Own CRM data integrity in HubSpot: monitor data flowing in and out, optimize automations, enforce hygiene standards, and keep pipeline inputs trustworthy.
  • Build and maintain the dashboards and reporting that drive weekly revenue reviews: pipeline coverage, stage flow, conversion, deal age, and win rates.
  • Support forecasting with bottom-up analysis, pipeline inspection, and clear surfacing of risk (slipped deals, sandbagging, ghost pipeline).
  • Analyze large data sets with SQL and BI tools to find the trends and drivers that inform GTM decisions.
  • Measure the impact of outbound, ABM, partner, and marketing motions so spend follows what works.
  • Partner across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance, translating complex analysis into clear narrative for non-technical and executive audiences.
  • Use AI and automation to create leverage across reporting, data quality, and analysis.
Who you are
  • You have owned CRM data quality or revenue reporting end-to-end and can point to hygiene or accuracy improvements you drove.
  • You turn ambiguous questions into clear analysis: you build it, pressure-test it, and present a recommendation rather than waiting for perfect data.
  • You write and speak with precision, and you are comfortable presenting findings to executives.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills complemented by basic SQL and BI chops; some comfort in Python for analysis/automation is a plus.
  • You know your way around a CRM and marketing automation stack; HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
  • You run multiple projects at once, keep partners on track, and make the people around you more effective.
  • You bring 3 to 5 years in RevOps, SalesOps, or a comparable analytical GTM role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Bonus: hands-on AI use in a revenue tech stack, and exposure to attribution, cohort/LTV, or commission analytics.
This role is not
  • A pure CRM admin seat: you set and enforce the data standard and partner on fixes, not build workflows all day.
  • A people-management role: this is a high-impact individual contributor seat.
  • A strategy or FP&A role removed from the data: you are hands-on in the pipeline and the tooling.
  • A report-generation function: the job is insight and action, not dashboards for their own sake.

We hire for potential, passion for our mission, and a knack for solving difficult problems over checking every qualification box. We have competitive pay, equity with significant upside, and intentionally design our benefits to encourage healthy and well-balanced employees, flexible schedules and time off. We even offer a sabbatical after every five years of service so you're able to pursue and enjoy what matters most to you. And of course, we wouldn't be a technology company without a ping-pong table and free snacks in our break room. Join us!
