Job description

The Role We Need

PadSplit's demand engine spans Marketing, Lifecycle, Member Acquisition, and Member Success, but no one owns how these teams connect once a lead is approved, leaving us blind to where members stall on the way to a move-in and unable to see which outreach actually converts. We need a Revenue Operations Lead to own the last, most critical leg of the funnel: the calling and human outreach that turns an approved lead into a housed member, along with the reporting that makes the whole funnel legible. This role starts narrow (conversion and outreach) with room to expand into the broader Demand Growth function over time.

The Person We Are Looking For

We're looking for a builder-operator with 5+ years in revenue operations, growth operations, or funnel analytics, who is fluent in SQL or a BI tool like Hex, Mode, or Looker and has real instinct for calling operations, script testing, and agent coaching. This person uses AI daily to build reporting, analyze calls, and scale outreach, and has a clear point of view on where AI makes an ops team faster. They can hold many channels at once without losing the thread, and translate a messy funnel into decisions leadership can act on.

Here's What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day:
  • Optimizing call performance: Own how members convert across AI-driven calls and human phone calls, refining scripts, follow-up cadence, and objection handling.
  • Coaching agents: Test what actually moves conversion and feed findings back to human agents and the teams they support.
  • Sequencing hand-offs: Decide where AI calls hand off to a person and where a person hands off to Lifecycle.
  • Building funnel dashboards: Maintain the end-to-end view of the demand funnel - lead to approved to booked to moved-in - primarily in Hex.
  • Closing reporting gaps: Surface stage-by-stage conversion, drop-off, and velocity without re-deriving data each time.
  • Driving retention outreach: Partner with Member Success to flag churn-risk changes and behavioral events, and proactively reach out before a member decides to leave.
  • Standing up interventions: Launch retention and transfer offers as caller campaigns or lifecycle text messages.
  • Fixing the stack: Bring order to lead routing, CRM hygiene, and experiment instrumentation, and set clear SLAs across Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, MA, and Member Success.
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful:
  • RevOps background: 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, growth operations, or funnel analytics, ideally in a marketplace, subscription, or high-volume consumer-sales environment.
  • AI fluency: A strong AI toolkit used daily to build reporting, analyze calls, draft and test scripts, and scale outreach.
  • Analytical rigor: Fluency in SQL or a BI tool such as Hex, Mode, or Looker, with comfort tying operational work to conversion, velocity, and cost.
  • Funnel instinct: Real operating experience with lead routing, calling operations, script and cadence testing, and agent coaching.
  • Cross-team coordination: Ability to hold many channels at once - from AI callers to affiliates to market launch - without losing the thread.
  • Strong communication: Excellent English communication skills to work daily with US-based teams and partners.
  • Marketplace experience (bonus): Background in marketplace, proptech, real estate, or two-sided consumer platforms.
  • Zero-to-one experience (bonus): Track record standing up a RevOps or sales-ops function from scratch, including instrumentation and cross-team SLAs.
The Interview Process:
  • Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by a human being in the PeopleOps department.
  • If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a video call with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes.
  • If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with our VP of Member Growth for forty-five (45) minutes.
  • If warranted, the final step would be a video panel interview with additional stakeholders for one (1) hour.  For this interview, a candidate would participate in a campaign exercise to the panel for discussion.
  • If warranted, then we move to contract!
$40,000 - $50,000 a year
Compensation is based on the role's scope, national market benchmarks, the person's expertise and experience, and the impact of their contributions to our business goals.
Please note: Although the job posting says it's in Argentina, this is a fully remote position open to anyone in South America. This is a result of our Applicant Tracking System requiring a location to post the role on LinkedIn.

These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
