We're looking for RevOps BI Architects with deep Revenue Operations expertise to own the analytics and visualization layer of our data environments.
This role focuses on transforming structured warehouse data into clear, reliable, and scalable reporting experiences used by executives and revenue teams. The RevOps BI Architect ensures dashboards, metrics, and visualizations are consistent, performant, and easy to understand.
Working closely with a team of RevOps Consultants, this role ensures that data is translated into high-quality reporting products and intuitive data experiences.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical BI skills with a deep understanding of data storytelling, dashboard design, and metric standardization, ensuring that reporting remains consistent across clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
BI Platform & Semantic Layer Ownership:
  • Design and maintain semantic layers and reporting models used in BI tools such as Looker,PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Define and maintain standardized metric definitions used across dashboards and reporting environments
  • Create reusable measures, calculated fields, and explore structures to support scalable reporting
  • Manage BI platform permissions, access controls, and governance
  • Maintain documentation for key reporting metrics, explores, and dashboards
Dashboard & Visualization Development:
  • Design and build executive and operational dashboards for revenue teams
  • Create reporting for pipeline, funnel, marketing performance, and revenue analytics
  • Develop reusable dashboard templates that can be deployed across multiple client environments
  • Structure dashboards to ensure clarity, usability, and decision-focused reporting
  • Maintain and improve existing dashboards to ensure accuracy and usability
BI Performance & Optimization:
  • Optimize BI queries, explores, and derived tables to improve dashboard performance
  • Identify and resolve slow queries or inefficient reporting structures
  • Work closely with Analytics Engineers to improve underlying data models for reporting
  • Implement best practices to reduce query costs and improve dashboard load times
  • Ensure reporting environments scale efficiently across multiple client environments
Reporting Governance & Standardization:
  • Standardize KPI definitions and reporting logic across dashboards and analytics environments
  • Establish and maintain dashboard naming conventions and reporting standards
  • Maintain an organized catalog of dashboards and reporting assets
  • Identify and consolidate duplicate or redundant reporting assets
  • Ensure reporting outputs remain consistent across stakeholders and systems
Data UX & Analytics Product Design:
  • Design dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate complex revenue insights
  • Translate analytical models and metrics into intuitive visual reporting experiences
  • Simplify complex analytics into clear visuals for executive and operational audiences
  • Ensure dashboards answer meaningful business questions rather than simply displaying data
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Visualization roles
  • Strong experience with BI tools such as:
    • Looker
    • Tableau
    • PowerBI
    • Sigma
    • Mode
    • Domo
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience using data from Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience building dashboards for sales, marketing, or revenue teams
  • Experience designing semantic layers or metric frameworks
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear visualizations
  • Strong attention to data consistency and reporting governance
  • Experience with warehouse platforms such as BigQuery or Snowflake
Preferred Experience
Experience working with systems and metrics such as:
  • SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, ACV, TCV)
  • Pipeline and funnel analytics
  • Attribution reporting
  • Marketing automation platforms
  • LookML or semantic modeling frameworks
  • dbt metrics or transformation frameworks
  • Data UX and dashboard design best practices
