Job description

Automotive Service Advisor – Fowler Kia of Longmont

Picture this scenario:  Charlie has a big day lined up at work, important managers will be in the building and this is Charlie’s opportunity to show that no one deserves the available promotion more.  Charlie wakes up early, eats a great breakfast and is ready to conquer the day Charlie walks outside, gets in the car and when trying to start it, nothing happens.  Everything that Charlie has been preparing for has now been interrupted by something uncontrollable.  Charlie needs someone that can get the day back on track, someone that can take away some of the stress of car problems and someone that can help Charlie be Charlie instead of the employee that has to use car trouble as an excuse.  Can you be the person that understands Charlie’s predicament?  Can you help diffuse the situation, use clear communication and show the empathy that Charlie needs to hear and feel?

At Fowler Kia of Longmont, we are looking for compassionate individuals that care about other humans and want to be part of a solution.  We want you to be part of an environment where you impact people’s lives by restoring their transportation as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
