Main purpose of the Creative Ops Coordinator role:

This is a full-time role for a candidate who will work with both REVOLVE and FWRD sites on email marketing/branding material

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Facilitating productive workflows between creative teams, editorial and e-comm, merchandising, and UI/UX
  • Coordinating and distributing the assets for high-volume, daily promotional content
  • Preparing and executing navigation updates and weekly site content
  • Assist Creative Ops Directors for FWRD and REVOLVE with new and ongoing initiatives
  • Training interns and other entry level support members on admin tasks

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Extremely organized, strives for productive efficiency
  • Confident, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong daily multi-tasking ability in fast paced, high volume demand
  • Self-driven, Quick to adapt with solution-forward problem-solving mind-set
  • Comfortable communicating with multiple other teams and department
  • Interest in growing into a Creative Ops Project Manager position

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1-2 years admin experience
  • Mac proficient

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of Google drive apps (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
  • Working knowledge of Airtable
  • Lives locally in LA/OC area, but not a requirement
