What you get to do:
As the Senior Analyst, In-Park Revenue Analytics & Strategy, you will play a key role in driving data informed decision-making to shape revenue growth initiatives across our in-park business. You will analyze guest behavior, pricing, promotional effectiveness, and sales data to identify actionable insights that optimize revenue strategies across Food & Beverage, Retail, Ancillary, and Zoo operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Analytics & Strategy, this is a highly collaborative, analytical role focused on turning data into business value.
  • Analyze in-park revenue data to identify trends, track key performance indicators (e.g., Revenue Per Capita), and provide actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track performance across revenue streams.
  • Support the development and refinement of pricing strategies, product mix evaluations, and promotional effectiveness assessments.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in managing vendor tools and systems that support analytics and BI reporting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, and Park Operations to support revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Contribute to financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning efforts.
  • Support data governance and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of analytics outputs.

What it takes to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields: Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, pricing strategy, or revenue management - ideally in a consumer-facing industry (e.g., theme parks, hospitality, retail, or entertainment).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, BigQuery, Excel, and other analytical tools; experience with Alteryx, SAC, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with data modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Familiarity with pricing, promotions, and consumer behavior analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
