Revenue Manager
The Revenue Manager is responsible for setting and executing pricing strategies across a designated region to maximize rental revenue while maintaining optimal occupancy levels. This role analyzes property, submarket, and market trends to make data-driven decisions that improve financial performance. The position partners closely with operational leadership to develop pricing strategies, monitor performance metrics, and recommend actions that enhance revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for an assigned region using proprietary pricing tools and business intelligence platforms.
  • Analyze market conditions, leasing trends, and operational feedback to optimize rental rates and occupancy.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators including renewal and re-leasing rent growth, days on market, and net absorption.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for revenue-related analytics and provide support to internal stakeholders.
  • Create and distribute reporting packages that highlight leasing performance, inventory balances, pricing anomalies, and renewal trends, along with actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of pricing and revenue management systems, tools, and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years of direct pricing or revenue management experience in industries such as real estate, hospitality, airlines, car rentals, or other asset-intensive sectors.
  • Experience with pricing and revenue management software preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Compensation
Base salary is expected to range from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
