• Partner with product engineering and operations teams to support system solutions that accurately capture and report financial data for wearable devices and spatial computing platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including legal, tax, and FP&A to provide accounting guidance on new business models and go-to-market strategies within the RL space
• Support analytical review and detective controls over Reality Labs financial results, including variance analysis and management reporting
• Contribute to short, mid, and long-term accounting process improvement goals aligned to the growth trajectory of the Reality Labs business
• Communicate complex accounting conclusions and technical positions clearly to both accounting and non-accounting audiences across the organization
• Support ad-hoc accounting projects and analysis as required, including global close efficiency improvements, process redesign, and automation initiatives

• Experience communicating technical accounting positions and analysis to cross-functional stakeholders, distilling complex concepts into clear and actionable conclusions
• Experience managing time-sensitive close processes while balancing evolving priorities and a broad range of stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Python to support accounting operations and reporting
