The Revenue Integrity Charge Capture Analyst serves as subject matter expert of revenue integrity and revenue cycle functions, including registration, eligibility verification, coding, billing, and charge reconciliation for assigned service line areas. It also involves monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and reduce revenue leakage. The position provides feedback, education, and support for change management to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and improve charging practices. Additionally, it coordinates with both local and central services for payer audit and appeals processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in business or healthcare
  • Coding certification (CPC, CCS, CCS-P, COC), or certification in auditing/healthcare compliance required
  • Minimum five years of experience in hospital and professional billing healthcare, revenue integrity or billing operations
  • Experience leading projects or process improvements around revenue cycle functions.
  • Experience with clinical documentation and coding, including strong knowledge around CPT, HCPCS, ICD10-CM/PCS, revenue codes and code assignment

Hours:
Full time (40 hours)
Day Shift
No weekends
Location: Remote- only candidates working from MD or FL will be considered.
Salary Range: Minimum 23.02/hour - Maximum 36.83/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
