Join a team dedicated to advancing health equity and social justice for all members of the Columbia River Gorge community!

The Revenue Cycle Manager at One Community Health plays a key leadership role in optimizing revenue cycle performance and supporting the organization's financial sustainability. This position oversees revenue cycle operations, billing, credentialing and privileging, and payer enrollment functions to ensure efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and accurate reimbursement.

The Revenue Cycle Manager collaborates closely with organizational leadership, supervises key operational functions, and leverages EPIC EMR and other healthcare technology systems to drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, payer requirements, and regulatory standards, along with a commitment to excellence in patient-centered care.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday hybrid position. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite at our Hood River, Oregon clinic location two days per week. An initial training period will require full-time, in-office attendance for a period of time determined by Director at the Hood River, Oregon clinic location.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate in business management or equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • Minimum five (3) years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience managing people and/or within revenue cycle operations.
  • Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and managed care programs.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project management, process improvement, and change management capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record systems, practice management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understands HIPPA and privacy laws and other applicable regulations.
  • Able to travel to OCH multi health centers when requested, must have a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • Five (5) years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience.
  • Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), community health centers, multi-site healthcare organizations, or integrated healthcare systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and reimbursement methodologies.
  • Epic Revenue Cycle and Ambulatory experience

Compensation:

  • Salaried/Exempt: $80,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
