Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager with 7+ years of public accounting experience to join our team. This role will focus on working with high-net-worth clients and complex tax returns, while also reviewing staff work and delivering strategic tax planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and entities
  • Review returns prepared by staff; provide feedback, mentorship, and training
  • Provide year-round tax planning and advisory services
  • Calculate and project current-year estimated tax liabilities
  • Work with high-net-worth individuals and businesses on complex tax matters
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather information and address tax inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with IRS and state regulations
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of tax experience in public accounting
  • Active CPA license (required)
  • Strong experience with high-net-worth clients and complex returns
  • Deep knowledge of federal and state tax laws
