Job Summary
We are seeking a positive, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Agent & Retreat Coordinator to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests and support our growing calendar of wellness retreats and onsite events.
This hybrid role combines traditional front-desk responsibilities with event coordination tasks, including guest communication, schedule management, vendor support, and ensuring that retreat groups have a seamless, memorable experience.
You will be the welcoming face of the resort and a key support partner for our retreat leaders and event hosts
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain knowledge of hotel operations and activities
  • Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in person
  • Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
  • Describe the features and amenities of guest rooms
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Event & Retreat Coordination

  • Assist with scheduling and preparing retreat itineraries
  • Communicate with retreat leaders before and during their stay
  • Coordinate room blocks, special requests, and group checkins
  • Ensure event spaces are prepared and set according to retreat needs
  • Support vendors, facilitators, and instructors as needed
  • Track retreat details, attendance, and special accommodations
  • Provide onsite support during events to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a serviceoriented mindset
  • Familiarity with hospitality or event coordination preferred
  • Minimum two years relevant field experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn booking/event systems
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
