The opportunity Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring an Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $70,304 - $88,400 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. These are just some of the benefits we offer:  * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with up to 4% company match  * Annual performance bonus based on level, as well as individual, company, and location performance * Paid vacation days and holidays * Paid parental bonding leave * Tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement * Generous friends-and-family discounts at many of our hotels and resorts What will you do? * Lead and manage a team of Housekeepers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management and evaluation * Maintain an inventory of supplies; order and distribute supplies and equipment * Ensure that all reports, orders, and projects are completed * Monitor and control expenses and payroll, while ensuring proper resources are in place * Conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed * Ability to drive company vehicles throughout the property More about you * Must be at least 21 years of age * At least five years of experience managing a team * Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures, and cleaning solvents * Knowledge of how to use Material Safety Data Sheets for cleaning solvents * No degree required * Must possess a valid driver's license Physical requirements * Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties * Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds * Visual acuity is sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfaces Shift details Days Holidays Evenings as needed Weekends Who we are Tenaya Lodge is a 4-diamond resort located just outside the south entrance to Yosemite National Park.
