Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center is seeking a detail-oriented, mission-driven Business Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing OLHSC Finances, (Budget Preparation/Cash Management/AP/AR/Payroll/Accounting/ Monthly Reconciliation/ Financial Reporting), Payroll & Employment Compliance; strong working knowledge of QuickBooks is required. The business manager also works directly with the Retreat Center in invoice reconciliation and the Gift Shop in financial management and inventory control and maintains all insurance and workers' compensation certificates for outside contractors and vendors. Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church. Employment contingent on passing all background checks.
This position is 20-25 hours per week with a flexible work schedule.
Salary Range: $30 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
