We Are Excited to Welcome a Retirement Plan Analyst โ€“ Total Administration (401(K)) to Our Team! Youโ€™ll Take Ownership of the Day to Day Administration and Compliance of a Portfolio of 401(K) Clients. Youโ€™ll Serve As Their Main Point of Contact, Guiding Them Through the Complexities of Retirement Plan Operations While Delivering Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Reliable Support.

What Youโ€™ll Do

Build Strong Relationships As the Primary Contact for Assigned 401(K) Clients

Handle Full Scope Plan Administration Including:

Contributions, Loans, Distributions, Hardships, Qdros, and Compliance Testing

Support Form 5500 Preparation and Ensure All Deadlines Are Met

Research and Resolve Operational and Regulatory Compliance Questions

Explain Complex Regulations in a Way Clients Can Easily Understand

Maintain Accurate Workflow and Documentation in Pension pro

Collaborate with Internal Teams, Vendors, and Clients to Resolve Issues Smoothly

Stay Informed on Retirement Plan Laws, Regulations, and Industry Developments

What You Bring

ASPPA credential(s) or willingness to obtain

Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience

Working knowledge of 401(k) plan administration and IRS rules

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities

Excellent customer service skills with clear written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Your Work Environment

Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM (occasional after hours as needed)

Fully remote โ€” must maintain a secure home office

Must reside in one of the eligible states listed below

Must live in -AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, MD, MI, MN, MA, NC, NY, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT ,LA
