Summary:
OneDigital is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced individual within the employee benefits and/or retirement plan industry to join its award-winning, and dedicated team. This role provides tailored services to its clients and specializes in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Assist consulting and investment teams with general investment research and prepare client materials
  • Assist in the investment monitoring and selection process
  • Attend and participate in client committee meetings (as requested)
  • Gather plan and participant level data
  • Develop and draft proposals and responses to RFPs
  • Conduct investment and plan research to draft materials for client presentations
  • Assist in drafting of RFP analysis
  • Coordination and preparation vendor and client meetings
  • Perform data analysis and create necessary reports
  • Plan design and fee benchmarking tools

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
  • Investment training or work experiences within the retirement plan industry
  • High level of proficiency skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong ethical character and moral compass
  • Team-oriented
  • Well-organized and can work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong oral and written skills

Education, Training and Experience:
  • B.S./B.A. in Finance, Math, or Economics

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $55,000 to $60,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
