Position Summary
The Account Sales Manager is responsible for supporting sales performance across all departments by assisting consultants, providers, and leadership in maximizing opportunities, increasing collections, improving close rates, and ensuring clients receive the most appropriate treatment recommendations based on their goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Support sales efforts throughout all departments.
* Assist consultants with closing opportunities and overcoming objections.
* Participate in consultations when additional support is needed.
* Review daily sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.
* Work closely with VIP, Diagnostic, Injectables, Body, Weight Loss, and Wellness departments.
* Train team members on product knowledge, financing options, and sales techniques.
* Assist with event sales and promotional campaigns.
* Monitor lead conversion, consultation performance, and collections.
* Create accountability systems and sales tracking reports.
* Implement and maintain company sales processes and standards.
* Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
* Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
* Support both personal and team revenue goals.
