Retail Team Member Position Details:

What You'll Do as a Retail Team Member
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and create a welcoming guest experience.
  • Greet customers and engage in friendly, fun, and positive interactions.
  • Package in-store, online, and delivery orders with accuracy and aesthetic presentation.
  • Craft and serve a variety of high-quality espresso-based drinks, coffee, matcha, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of all products, including donuts, beverages, and allergy information.
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, completing daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
