As the Store Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service, while supervising, directing and motivating associates.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, we are looking for a candidate who has:

- At least 2 years of automotive or retail management experience

- A valid driver's license

- The ability to handle prolonged standing and walking, and lift up to 50lbs

- The flexibility to work extended workdays, 10 - 12 hours, three times a week

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling stressful situations with ease.
