We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our store in Victoria, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
