Job description

The Store Operations Associate plays a vital role in supporting a single-store retail environment by assisting customers, managing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized and attractive sales floor. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this position ensures smooth day-to-day operations and a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and process sales efficiently
  • Maintain floor organization and set up appealing product displays
  • Support inventory management
  • Replenish stock to ensure product availability
  • Collaborate with the team to meet store goals

Required

• Conversational Spanish and English
