What You will be doing:ย 

  • Leading, coaching, developing, andย retainingย a high-performing sales team with a strong focus onย sales performance andย customer experience.ย 
  • Manage all aspects of store operations, by providing best-in class service andย solutionbasedย customer experiencesย to our customers while promoting Rogers & Fido brands including Rogers Mastercard.ย 
  • Delivering onย business plans to achieve regional andย storelevelย targetsย 
  • Representingย Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events.ย 

Your Qualifications:ย 

  • Experience building strong connections with your team through clear, effective communication that drivesย positive outcomes and supportsย team and business goals.ย 
  • Managementย experience overseeing retail staff, operations, and performance to driveย and deliver strongย consistentย salesย results.ย 
  • Leading aย culture of continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration which strengthen team performance and contribute to overall store growth,ย resultsย and performanceย 
  • You can provide 40 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand andย maintainย strong performanceย results during peak times.ย
