The Opportunity
Reporting to the District Store Manager, the Store Manager, strategically manages and promotes sales culture within a Retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control. They guarantee consistently high customer experience within the Store per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

Your Daily Adventures

  • You will create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment and culture by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for team members and guests.
  • Build supportive, productive relationships with all team members, with a focus on personal and professional development.
  • Collaborate with in-store team members to ensure an optimal customer experience that values customers’ time and supports store operations to achieve objectives.
  • Support team members (e.g., by leading by example or providing coaching) to ensure an excellent guest experience, including assessing their needs, providing technical product education, and assisting with in-store transactions and omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online, pick up in-store, phone sales, and shipping options from the store).
  • Address emerging issues, including guest escalations and urgent requests.
  • Manage the store’s overall profit and loss (P&L) in alignment with goals (sales, budget, etc.)
  • Responsible for budget management, labor hours, and annual sales plan objectives.

Your Toolkit

  • We require a minimum of 5 years of retail store management experience.
  • You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
