Now hiring a skilled Sales Operations Specialist for our Minneapolis Headquarters!
Sales Operations Specialist Job Responsibilities:
• Creating and revising quotes for sales executives
• Setting up renewal opportunities and quotes in Salesforce
• Working closely with our preferred vendors and internal departments
• Processing closed won opportunities in Salesforce and ERP
• Closing out lost opportunities in Salesforce
• CRM maintenance and upkeep as needed
• Assisting sales team with RFP/RFQ submissions
• Running reports in ERP and CRM
• Administrative support for sales team
• Special Projects as assigned
Required Skills:
• Detail oriented, with proven organizational and logical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks with a calm, positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience working with software programs such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Sales administration experience
• Previous experience in this industry is not required; we're here to help you succeed!
Compensation:
• Competitive pay $24.03 - $27.88/hour depending on experience
• Non-exempt position
