The Regional Manager, Inside Sales is directly responsible for coaching, supervising, and motivating all Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) within Dynamic's regional offices. The Regional Manager will build and maintain a coaching process focused around the Dynamic sales process, structure and products. This role is crucial for developing talent, ensuring consistent messaging, and broadening B2B relationships with financial advisors and brokers across the country. The end goal being increased sales, market share and assets under management within Dynamic Funds in accordance with Global Sales Principles.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

Team Leadership & Development

  • Maintain and develop coaching/mentorship programs for the Inside Sales team (ISRs). Prioritize coaching initiatives, specifically focused on conducting one-on-one coaching conversations, job shadowing and listening to calls.
  • Personal coaching sessions with each ISR to listen, discuss, and review calls. Coaching to develop better sales conversations and focused strategies.

 
Training and Onboarding

  • Assist in the development and training of new hires, as part of onboarding.
  • Onboarding new ISR's and helping develop successful sales conversations will be a key responsibility of the role.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the Dynamic sales process. Develop sales training programs around process, sales conversations, presentation skills, and product knowledge.

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Assist ISR's in developing a strategic plan, including ideas/concepts from training initiatives which is consistently reviewed.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product adoption and deepen advisor relationships.
  • Align team activities with national and regional distribution objectives.
  • Partner with field sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize campaigns and lead generation.
  • Helping ISR's penetrate prospects within their territory through strategic campaigns.
  • Provide direction in helping to attain designated business goals (assets, revenue, profitability).

 

Communication and Proficiency

  • Increase email proficiency based on the standards provided within training programs. Mastery in clear, persuasive verbal and written communication, including active listening to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches effectively.

Performance Measurement

  • Look for opportunities to identify key measures of performance within the Sales team.
  • Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted coaching strategies to address specific needs of individual sales representatives.
  • Report on team performance, pipeline development, and campaign effectiveness.

Coaching Standards

  • Personal coaching sessions with each ISR to listen, discuss, and review calls.
  • Coaching to develop better sales conversations and focused strategies.
  • Review reporting on monthly call management, YTD progress towards sales goals, Fund and Dealer penetration within each territory, and Segmentation and rotation updates.

 
Internal Collaboration

  • Ensure a strong working relationship between other departments (i.e. Product Managers, Creative Services, Materials, Co-op, Computer Tech).
  • Keep update with product information at Dynamic.
  • Keep wholesalers informed of coaching, training, and development.
  • Work closely with Sales team to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives within the Territories.

Client Engagement

  • Oversee outbound calling efforts, virtual meetings, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and high-quality interactions with financial advisors and retail partners.
  • Resolve escalated client issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Education and Professional Experience:

  • University Degree
  • Canadian Securities Course and CIM Designation
  • 5 years industry-related experience

Working Conditions:
Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.  Limited travel domestically
In addition to French, the successful candidate must also have sufficient knowledge of English, as the work involves interacting and collaborating regularly with groups and individuals based in Toronto, as well as constantly interacting with other people, including clients, who speak English, locally and elsewhere.
