Tiello has partnered with a highly successful General Contractor/Construction Manager in the Philadelphia, PA area on their search for a Project Coordinator for National Retail projects up to $25MM.



Title: Retail Project Coordinator

Market Experience: National Retail Construction


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimating & Project Coordination Support professional to work directly with the Preconstruction Manager and assist with both pre-construction and coordination activities. The ideal candidate brings foundational experience in light estimating or project coordination and is eager to grow within a fast-paced construction environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively solicit subcontractor bids through phone and email outreach.
  • Clearly communicate project scope details, bid requirements, and submission deadlines.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with subcontractors until bids are received.
  • Manage multiple bid packages simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Assist with basic drawing review to extract scope information as needed.
  • Support Christine with day-to-day estimating and coordination tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong communicator with confidence in phone outreach and professional email communication.
  • Ability to read construction drawings at a basic level.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent with follow-through.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Bonus: Existing subcontractor relationships or prior field/vendor experience.
