**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**
The Syndication Success Manager is responsible for proactively monitoring and improving product content performance across Syndigo workflows for some of Syndigo's largest retail partners. This role focuses on driving successful publication outcomes by identifying rejected, stalled, or underperforming items and taking action to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
The individual will work across major retailer programs to identify workflow bottlenecks, improve syndication success rates, and accelerate time to live. This includes directly resolving issues Syndigo can control, coordinating internally across teams, and proactively engaging suppliers and brands when action is required to move items toward success.
This role serves as a key operational partner across Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customers achieve strong content delivery performance and maximize the value of Syndigo's platform.
HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY
  • Proactively review and monitor items flowing through Syndigo workflows across major retailer programs to identify failures, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze rejected or failed items, identify root causes, and directly resolve issues Syndigo can action internally
  • Identify items stalled due to missing, incorrect, or incomplete supplier and brand actions and proactively drive resolution
  • Engage directly with suppliers, brands, Customer Success Managers, and internal stakeholders to unblock issues and improve publication success
  • Monitor syndication performance trends and identify recurring patterns impacting retailer success rates
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams to escalate systemic issues and improve workflows
  • Help improve overall publication success metrics, time-to-live, and retailer content quality performance
  • Track and communicate key performance insights, risks, and operational improvement opportunities to internal stakeholders
  • Support Syndigo's largest retailer relationships by ensuring efficient and successful content flow between suppliers, brands, and retailers

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU
  • 2-5+ years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Business Analysis, Client-Facing position, or a related SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and operational inefficiencies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working with product content, syndication workflows, retailer programs, or data management processes preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools preferred
  • Experience with Jira, SharePoint, or similar operational tools is a plus
