Job description

About The Role:

As the Commercial Program Manager at Feastables, you will own the day-to-day execution of product commercialization across the business. You will be the operational engine that keeps new products moving from concept to shelf, ensuring every SKU, innovation, renovation, and limited-time offering launches on time and at a high standard.

This role sits at the center of cross-functional execution - driving alignment across teams, resolving risks before they become problems, and ensuring every stakeholder has the visibility they need to move fast.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead end-to-end commercialization of new SKUs, renovations, LTOs, and seasonal items from project kickoff through on-time retail launch
  • Own project timelines, manage critical path tasks, and proactively flag risks and blockers to leadership
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across supply chain, r&d, design, sales, marketing, finance, and external manufacturing partners to keep all workstreams aligned
  • Oversee packaging execution, including domestic and international packaging development, design approvals, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain centralized project visibility so all stakeholders have a single source of truth on status, timelines, and decisions

Recipe for Success:

  • 5-7 years of project management experience in CPG, food & beverage, or a high-growth consumer brand
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong cross-functional communicator - comfortable working with both creative and operational teams
  • Extreme ownership mentality - you don't wait for someone else to fix a problem
  • Detail-oriented with a bias for action; you keep things moving without losing accuracy
  • Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, or similar)
  • Packaging or supply chain experience is a plus

Why Feastables?

We believe in transparency - not just in our ingredients, but in how we hire. When making compensation decisions, we consider many factors like role level, market data, location, and relevant experience and skills. For this role, we expect the annual base salary to fall between $80,000-$100,000.

Beyond salary, we offer a thriving culture where you'll have interesting problems to solve with the autonomy you need to make a difference. And, of course, we have the perks/benefits to enable you to do your best work.

  • 100% employer paid option for medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k) with an employer match
  • 11 company paid holidays
  • Unlimited PTO policy
  • Delicious chocolate & snacks of course!
