Field Execution & Operational Coordination

  • Partner closely with operations, field leadership, scheduling, and training functions to ensure flawless execution across national programs.
  • Support program launches, resets, promotional initiatives, continuity service cycles, and special projects.
  • Manage escalations, troubleshoot store-level issues, and ensure timely resolution of merchandising, inventory, or compliance concerns.

  • Build and deliver polished, executive-ready presentations highlighting program results, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with internal reporting teams to refine dashboards, tracking tools, and KPI frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with vendor partners, client teams, and retail partners (Home Depot, Lowe’s, and others) to align on program goals, execution priorities, and communication cadence.
  • Coordinate with print/fixture teams for POP, signage, and merchandising asset deployment as needed.
  • Support change management efforts tied to new programs, program enhancements, or retailer-driven updates.

Program Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Track program budgets, timelines, deliverables, and performance against KPIs.
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities to streamline execution across teams.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet Signature Retail Services’ quality standards for accuracy, professionalism, and impact.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in retail program management, account management, merchandising, field operations, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of Home Improvement retailers (Home Depot, Lowe’s) or similar big-box environments.
