Job description

The Retail Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing sales orders, coordinating with finance and logistics for timely invoicing and delivery, and maintaining sales documentation. This position is responsible for generating and analyzing sales reports, tracking sales performance, and identifying trends or inefficiencies to drive improvements. The role also involves preparing forecasts, supporting sales process optimization efforts, and implementing new tools and technologies to enhance team productivity. Successful candidates will bring strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is essential, and experience in logistics, CRM systems, and KPI reporting is preferred.

A successful candidate must be able to:

  • Assist the sales team with managing sales orders, processing quotes, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

  • coordinate with the finance and logistics departments to ensure timely invoicing and delivery of products.

  • Support the sales team by preparing sales reports, tracking sales progress, and maintaining sales dashboards.

  • Generate and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process.

  • Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales process and recommend improvements.

  • Work with the Sales Operations Manager to streamline processes and enhance team productivity.

  • Assist in implementing new tools and technologies to improve sales operations.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with KPI tracking and reporting.
