Retail Operations Associate - Cincinnati, OH

Watson's is hiring a Retail Operations Associate for our brand new showroom in Sharonville, Ohio.

Purpose:

We are looking for a Retail Operations associate to join our growing team and help us maintain our status as the #1 retailer in the pool and spa industry. The Retail Operations associate is responsible for arranging merchandise and accessories on showroom floors according to the merchandise plan using Watson's visual standards.

General Description of Duties:

  • Partner with the Director of Visual Merchandising to lead the flow of furniture and placement of accessory product to the sales floor.
  • Assists with product placement of furniture and executes appropriate accessories to highlight the style and categorization of furniture displays.
  • Originate, implement and replenishes displays for everyday accessories when needed.
  • Works with the lead to verify the arrival/departure of new furniture & accessories as well as departure of.
  • Responsible for receiving, unpacking, and assembly of new accessory products for assigned showrooms.
  • Unbox, assemble and attach price tags to all appropriate accessory products.
  • Direct and participate in showroom display moves as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Manage multiple, on-going, and high priority assignments at the same time
  • Work independently
  • Ability to travel to different company showrooms when necessary

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
