We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Brand Marketing Coordinator Temp to support growth across multiple brands in the Maesa portfolio. This is a great opportunity for an early-career marketer who is passionate about beauty and consumer products and eager to gain hands-on experience across brand marketing, product launches, retail marketing, and social media.
In this role, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns and launches, coordinate cross-functional projects, assist with retail and e-commerce initiatives, and help bring brand activations to life. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The duration of this role will be for 6 months. This role is based in our Manhattan office and requires 3 days per week on-site.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of brand marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional programs.
  • Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and communication across internal teams and agency partners.
  • Assist with retailer marketing programs, merchandising materials, and e-commerce content.
  • Partner with Creative to develop and manage marketing assets, presentations, and campaign materials.
  • Support social media and influencer initiatives, including product seeding and content coordination.
  • Monitor beauty, fragrance, and social media trends to identify opportunities and insights.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, competitive research, and performance tracking.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the Brand Marketing team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, including internships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Passion for beauty, fragrance, and consumer brands.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
