Retail Manager Position - Alligator Adventure

Gift Shop / Retail Operations

Alligator Adventure is looking for an honest, hardworking, and friendly individual to join our team as a Retail Manager. We are a 15-acre reptile zoo specializing in alligators, with over 230 species of other animals.

The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gift shop while providing an excellent experience for our guests. This position will help lead retail employees, maintain merchandise and inventory, oversee POS operations, and ensure the gift shop remains organized, attractive, and well stocked.

We are looking for someone dependable, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable taking a leadership role in a busy attraction environment.

Please note that this position will require night, weekend, and holiday availability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily gift shop operations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Lead, train, and assist retail employees
  • Assist with employee scheduling
  • Oversee POS and cash-handling operations
  • Maintain merchandise displays and overall store appearance
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels
