Aspect Retail Logistics is Now Hiring Order Selectors

Start at $24.50 an Hour

Aspect Retail Logistics is hiring dependable, safety-focused Order Selectors for our Middletown, Ohio, distribution center. If you take pride in working safely, getting orders right, and being part of a hardworking team, this could be the opportunity for you!

Pay That Moves With You

  • Starting pay: $24.50 per hour

Consistent Day-Shift Schedules

8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Choose from one of the following schedules:

  • Friday–Tuesday
  • Thursday–Monday

Both schedules include weekend work. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

What You’ll Do

As an Order Selector, you will play an important role in making sure customer orders are selected accurately, safely, and ready to ship on time. Your responsibilities will include:

Order Fulfillment

    • Select customer orders using voice system, or pick lists
    • Accurately pick product by item, quantity, lot, and location
    • Build stable pallets and properly stage orders for shipping
    • Meet daily productivity standards and accuracy expectations
    • Follow customer-specific handling and packaging requirements
    • Equipment Operation
    • Operate material handling equipment such as:
  • Electric pallet jack
    • Complete required pre-shift equipment inspections
    • Report mechanical or safety concerns immediately

Quality & Inventory Accuracy

    • Verify product codes, quantities, and condition while selecting
    • Identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies
    • Maintain proper product rotation (FIFO/FEFO where applicable)
    • Support cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned

Safety & Compliance

    • Follow all OSHA, company, and customer safety standards
    • Maintain clean aisles and organized work areas (5S standards)
    • Wear required PPE at all times
    • Report incidents, hazards, and near misses immediately

Team & Operational Support

    • Assist with receiving, replenishment, loading, or cross-training as needed
    • Support peak volume and customer priority changes
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

  • Work safely and follow established procedures

  • Adjust to changing customer priorities and business volume

What You’ll Need

  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout 8-12 hours
  • Basic reading and math skills
  • Consistent and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work overtime or adjusted hours when required
  • Commitment to following safety rules and wearing required PPE

Experience That Will Help You Stand Out

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, or order-selecting experience
  • Experience in a 3PL or high-volume fulfillment environment
  • Voice-picking or RF scanner experience
  • Electric pallet jack or forklift certification

Previous experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and commitment to safety and accuracy are important.

Work Environment

This position works in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse that may be hot or cold depending on the season. The role involves frequent lifting, walking, material handling, industrial noise, and working near moving equipment.
