Retail logistics refers to the process of managing the flow of goods from suppliers to retail stores and ultimately to customers. It involves activities like inventory management, warehousing, transportation, order fulfillment, and distribution. Efficient retail logistics ensures products are delivered to the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantity, helping retailers meet customer demand and reduce costs.
