Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hr, based on experience.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Overnight Projects
Travel: 100% Regional Travel- home on weekends!

We're seeking experienced Travel Fixture Installers to join our team in our Arizona market. This hands-on role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with hand and power tools in fast-paced retail environments. You'll travel regionally, work overnight projects, and help complete high-quality installations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, adjust, and maintain steel pallet racking systems and retail fixtures.
  • Perform inspections to identify damaged, unsafe, or improperly installed racking components and fixtures.
  • Replace and repair steel racking components, including beams, uprights, braces, anchors, and safety hardware.
  • Complete fixture installations, modifications, and store updates according to project plans and specifications.
  • Read and follow store layouts, schematics, planograms, and detailed work instructions.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and scissor lifts (OSHA certification provided).
  • Merchandise product and set to planogram and client specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to complete installations safely and on schedule.
  • Communicate project updates, challenges, and completion details to project leadership.
  • Complete project documentation, reporting, and communication using web-based reporting technology.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and client requirements.
  • Complete all other job-related instructions and tasks as directed by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Proof of a valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
  • Reliable personal vehicle for travel throughout the region, including drives of up to 6 hours to support project needs.
  • Experience in steel racking, fixture installation, warehouse systems, construction, retail merchandising, or related industries preferred.
  • Experience working with h-frame pallet racking systems, cantilevers, or steel fixture installations.
  • Ability to read project plans, planograms, and detailed instructions.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A working smart phone with call, text, email, and reporting capabilities.
  • Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working at heights as well as indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Previous forklift experience and OSHA forklift certification are highly desirable but not required, paid training is available!

Travel Requirements:

  • 100% weekly travel throughout your assigned region and surrounding states
  • Company-paid hotels and airfare (room sharing applies)
  • Per diem provided during overnight travel
  • Mileage and drive-time reimbursement
