Location: 100% Travel

Summary: The Site Lead is a full-time, travel-based leadership role responsible for overall onsite execution of large-scale retail fixture installations, merchandising resets, remodel projects, and construction-related scopes at customer locations nationwide. The Site Lead serves as the highest field authority onsite and is responsible for coordinating multiple teams, directing Lead Specialists, ensuring project scope execution, maintaining safety and quality standards, and serving as the primary field liaison to Field Supervisors, Ops Managers, Project Management and client representatives. This role provides field-level leadership, mentors team members, ensures safe and accurate execution of work, and serves as a communication link between field teams and project leadership. Assignments may require extended overnight travel for weeks or months at a time, including weekend and non-standard hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary onsite leader for large-scale or multi-team deployments
  • Direct and coordinate Lead Specialists and field team members
  • Ensure all scope of work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
  • Interpret planograms, fixture drawings, construction schematics, survey documents, and scope materials
  • Develop daily execution plans and assign team responsibilities
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance across all onsite teams
  • Troubleshoot complex installation, merchandising, and construction challenges
  • Serve as primary field communication point with Project Manager and client representatives
  • Ensure accurate and timely daily reporting and documentation
  • Oversee timekeeping accuracy and field documentation
  • Escalate personnel, safety, or project concerns appropriately
  • Mentor and develop Lead Specialists and field personnel
  • Maintain job-site organization and cleanliness
  • Travel to assigned retail accounts nationwide

  • Expert-level knowledge of retail fixture installation and merchandising execution
  • Advanced understanding of construction-related modifications and structural builds
  • Strong mentoring and coaching ability
  • Strong multi-team leadership and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage complex deployments and shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure
  • Clear and professional communication with clients and internal leadership
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and project documentation

  • Ability to work overnight and flexible schedules

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of retail fixture installation, merchandising, remodel, or construction experience preferred
  • 1+ years in leadership role or equivalent training
  • Demonstrated experience leading large or multi-team projects
  • Advanced knowledge of fixture systems and installation methods
  • Ability to perform physical labor including bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Smartphone capable of email and app usage
  • Forklift and scissor lift certification
  • Willingness to travel extensively and remain on assignment for extended periods
