Travel is required for this position. Team members must be willing and able to travel to project locations, work extended assignments, and stay overnight as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable traveling as part of a project-based team.

This role is best suited for individuals with experience in fixture installation, construction, carpentry, millwork, retail remodeling, or a similar skilled trade environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble, install, relocate, and remove retail fixtures, shelving, displays, cabinets, and related components
  • Read and follow floor plans, fixture plans, elevations, diagrams, and installation instructions
  • Measure, level, align, anchor, and secure fixtures to required specifications
  • Safely use a variety of hand and power tools
  • Identify installation issues and make appropriate field adjustments when necessary
  • Move and stage fixtures, materials, and equipment throughout the project site
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work closely with project leadership and other trades to complete work accurately and on schedule

Tools & Equipment Experience

Candidates should be comfortable using equipment such as:

  • Cordless drills and impact drivers
  • Circular, reciprocating, and other appropriate power saws
  • Levels, squares, tape measures, and layout tools
  • Wrenches, sockets, ratchets, screwdrivers, pliers, and other hand tools
  • Material-handling equipment

Preferred Qualifications
