Job description

divh2Corporate Controller/h2pWe are recruiting a Corporate Controller for a high-growth company in the Richardson, TX area operating in the dealership and retail services industry. This is a senior accounting leadership role with broad scope and high visibility./ph3The Role/h3pLead and develop a 65-person accounting team across a corporate accounting group and a shared services function. Own the monthly close and produce consolidated financial statements across 100+ entities.

Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with external advisors. Support acquisition integration and due diligence accounting. Partner with operations, FPA, and executive leadership on financial strategy and KPI reporting./ph3What We Are Looking For/h3pCPA required.

10+ years in accounting with 5+ years in a controller or senior accounting leadership role. Experience with multi-entity consolidations under US GAAP. Background managing large accounting teams.

Acquisition accounting experience, including purchase price allocation. Dealership, retail, or franchise industry experience is a strong plus./p/div
