Luxury Automotive Exposure: Prior accounting oversight within luxury franchises (e.g., Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Lexus, Jaguar Land Rover, or exotic automotive groups) strongly preferred.

Multi-Store Oversight: Proven track record managing centralized accounting offices or multi-rooftop dealership groups.

DMS Proficiency: Advanced experience with major Automotive DMS platforms such as CDK Global, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack.

Comprehensive Benefits: Premium medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Retirement: 401(k) retirement plan with generous employer matching.

Perks: Vehicle allowance or executive demo program, relocation assistance available for qualified candidates, paid time off, and executive professional development.

Lifestyle: Live and work in dynamic, fast-growing Nashville, TN with no state personal income tax.
